We meticulously measured, prototyped, and tested multiple rack dimensions to create a rack tailored specifically for our taller, slimmer tiles. Every angle, slope, and height was thoughtfully refined to keep tiles secure, allow effortless gliding, provide easy exposure access, and ensure exposed tiles remain fully visible during play.

We believe in setting honest expectations. Because our racks are crafted from premium acrylic, slight cosmetic variations—including tiny surface marks, small inclusions, or naturally occurring imperfections—may be visible upon close inspection. These are an inherent characteristic of acrylic manufacturing and are not considered defects. We carefully inspect every rack to ensure these natural variations are minimal and that each piece meets the quality standards Mac + Miller Mahjong is known for.

Deep scratches, chips, cracks, or structural defects are not considered normal characteristics of acrylic and are not acceptable under our quality standards. If you believe your rack has arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can make it right.
