Shipping & Processing
We take pride in wrapping every order with care — your tiles deserve a beautiful journey.
Here’s how our shipping works:
● Processing Time: In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
● Pre-Orders: Each listing includes an estimated ship date; timelines may shift slightly for small-batch production. We will keep you notified of any changes.
● Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping based on order weight.
● Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
● Address Changes: Email orders@macandmillermahjong.com within 12 hours of placing your order for corrections.
● International Orders: We currently are not shipping internationally.
● Carrier Delays: Once shipped, timing is outside our control — but we’ll always help you track down answers if delays occur.
Lost or Missing Packages
We know how disheartening it is when a package goes missing. If your tracking stalls or reports an incorrect delivery:
● Contact orders@macandmillermahjong.com within 7 days of the last tracking update.
● Include your order number and any available tracking details.
● We’ll initiate a carrier trace and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While we can’t control carrier errors, we promise to be your advocate every step of the way.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every order is packed with care, but if something arrives less than perfect, we’ll make it right.
● Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@macandmillermahjong.com.
● Include your order number and photos showing the issue.
● We’ll review your claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
● Please keep your original packaging until the issue is resolved, as photos help us improve future shipments.
