Ordering & Payment
● All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
● Payment is required at the time of purchase and must be made using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
● Orders are not final until confirmed via email. We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.
● You agree not to use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
Shipping, Pre-Orders & Production
● In-stock items ship within the processing time shown at checkout.
● For pre-orders, estimated ship dates are approximate and may change due to production timelines or shipping delays.
● Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
● Risk of loss and title for all items transfer to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
Returns & Refunds

● Only unused and unopened products are eligible for returns.
● Personalized, made-to-order, or custom items are final sale unless defective.
● Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
