Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used after the purchase has been completed.

 

Mac + Miller Mahjong Pre-Order Policy 

Our pre-orders help us bring small-batch, limited-edition designs to life. When you pre-order, you’re reserving your set before it officially arrives — allowing us to plan production and ensure every tile is as dreamy as you imagined.

 

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Because pre-orders are made-to-order and help us manage small-batch inventory,

**Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  Once pre-orders are delivered a return request can then be submitted to us for approval.**

All estimated ship dates are provided on each product page, but please note these are estimates — slight production or shipping delays can occasionally occur. Your patience and understanding allow us to deliver the quality you expect. We’re committed to providing you with the best customer service possible, so we’ll keep you updated on any changes in the expected arrival dates.

 

Refund & Return Policy 

We want you to love every piece you order, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and require our approval.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Any shrink-wrapped products must remain sealed.

  • Made-to-order or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


How It Works:

  • To request a return, please contact us at returns@macandmillermahjong.com with your order number and reason for return - we will respond within 2-3 business days with return approval confirmation and next steps.

  • Once received and inspected, we will email confirmation of your approval.

  • We will provide you with the return shipping label via email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or order error - shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Affiliate Code Returns:

Items purchased using an affiliate or promotional discount code are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee (based on the original retail price) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

 

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Must notify us of your damaged product within 5 days of delivery.

  • Email us describing the type of damage with photos and your order number, and we’ll send your replacement as soon as possible.
