Bee Brave - Why This Mission Matters

Bee Brave A Braylen Brave Foundation was created from a place of deep love, lived experience, and unwavering hope.

I’m Betsy Lee — a partner of Mac + Miller Mahjong and, most importantly, Braylen’s mom. Bee Brave was founded in honor of my daughter and our family’s journey navigating the realities of disability, medical complexity, and the everyday challenges many families quietly carry.

Through Braylen, we’ve learned that access changes everything. The right equipment, therapy, or support at the right time can open doors; creating safety, independence, dignity, and confidence for children and their families. Bee Brave exists to help bridge those gaps by supporting families with access to adaptive equipment, resources, and opportunities that make daily life more accessible and more joyful.

At its heart, Bee Brave is about courage, the kind families show every single day. It’s about meeting children where they are, celebrating who they are, and helping create a world that better supports them.
